Where can I find linxCam Live Streaming on the mobile app?
You can find the “Live Stream” icon from the tracker’s information details.
To view Customer Visits based on the driver:
- Tap the ‘Trackers' icon at the bottom of the map.
- Select a tracker from the list to view its details.
- Tap the ‘Live Stream' icon.
How do I find the status of my camera?
You can view the camera's status in the tracker's information details.
To view your camera status:
- Tap the ‘Trackers' icon at the bottom of the map.
- Select a tracker from the list to view its details.
- Expand the details section.
- Next to Camera, you will see the status: Online, Asleep, or Deep Sleep.
How do I wake up the camera?
If the camera status is ‘Asleep,’ you can wake it by tapping the ‘Live Stream’ icon.
NOTE: It may take up to 2 minutes for the camera to wake and you will receive a notification once it is ready for live streaming. You will receive this notification even if you exit the app.
To view your camera status:
- Tap the ‘Trackers' icon at the bottom of the map.
- Select a tracker from the list to view its details.
- Expand the details section and confirm the camera is showing ‘Asleep’ status.
- Tap on the ‘Live Stream’ icon.
Can I wake up a camera in Deep Sleep status?
No. If the camera is in Deep Sleep, you cannot wake it through the app.
To wake a camera from Deep Sleep, start your vehicle.
How do I switch from inside to outside camera?
No. If the camera is in Deep Sleep, you cannot wake it through the app. To wake a camera from Deep Sleep, start your vehicle.

To switch from inside view to outside view on the camera:
- Tap the ‘Trackers' icon at the bottom of the map.
- Select a tracker from the list to view its details.
- Expand the details section and confirm the camera is showing ‘Online’ status.
- Tap on the ‘Live Stream’ icon.
- The inside camera view loads by default. To switch, tap ‘Outside’ at the top of the live video.
